The individual has a thick accenture very hard to understand name Christopher Johnson. He had my personal information including banking information. I did not apply for this loan however I applied for another company online and did receive a loan through another company without complaint. This company aka American Cash Advance, Cash Advance America, usapaydayfastcash, Priority Payday Loan Servicing, LLC, advised I needed to provide a refundable amount of 225.00 to prove I could pay back the loan and it would refunded when they deposited $5000.00 to my bank account. The loan agreement they sent to me did not include the terms conditions, fees or the loan amount. The "agreement letter" sent to me via email contained grammatical errors which also raised a red flag to me. The phone number that contacted me numerous times is 312-473-8983.
