This scammer has been taking an ahc withdrawal from our account as an insurance company since 2023. It was just recently noticed it’s a policy through a company we have had no contact with- ever. When we called and asked what they were- they sent us an application they stated was filled out by us in person. All information on the application was incorrect except for ss# . Name spelling, dob, employer, salary, wdl# all incorrect. But again ss# was correct. They then asked that we give them all the correct information in a “cancellation form” along with a photo of drivers license. We did not comply and alerted our union. We have shut down our bank account and have shared the credit bureau of the Stolen ss#. If you google this company there are a lot of people reporting being scammed by this company and money being stolen. This seems like a big deal and should be thoroughly looked into. I have the transaction id of all ach withdrawals. My bank is stcu in spokane. Wa. They are currently investigating this fraud as well
