I just encountered a scam when accidentally calling the wrong number for American Airlines. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting the person I was speaking with and shared my credit card details before realizing this was not a legit customer service number for AA. I've since canceled my card, but not sure what else they may attempt to do with my information.
