The scammer claimed to be an employee from Amazon and identified themselves as Richard Parker. They informed me that there was an attempted purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S2 4TH Ultra phone and the charge was $1,399.25. They kept telling me that the order came from my phone to work me up (Caller had an Indian or Middle Eastern accent) and I could hear a bunch of people in the background too. They'd agreed that it was a false charge after a few minutes of back and forth about it; He gave me a complaint I.d. AMZ70025 as well. After that I was supposedly transferred to a bank that I used for a couple loans. Unfortunately I had given this person the last 4 digits of my social to verify some information after a moment of arguing that all this happened from my phone number. The person then transferred my call to the Federal Trade Comission and this individual identified themselves as Daniel Carter; it was during conversing with this person I'd lost $1,485.00 with an attempt to get more from me.
