I purchased a wig online from an instagram ad. About 1 days later I emailed the company because something seems off. I emailed about a refund and for 3 days she refused trying to tell me keep the order I said no. I asked for a refund for three days . I received a texted saying my order was shipped. I immediately was angered because I asked the company to refund for 3 days now. I finally get the package and it’s empty nothing in the box.
