Called locksmith on January 29th, 2024 and specifically stated I wanted a new lock - not a re-key. After 30 minutes, he gave me two keys which worked. I paid him via check made out to A.M. Business Locksmith Service (different name than their website) for $170.00. He texted me a receipt. He cashed the check the very next day. About a week later, I was labeling my keys and realized he had given me two keys that were identical to the original key I had. I paid $170 for two keys. I had been out of town, and so I called the company on Friday, February 9th, Saturday the 10th, and Sunday the 11th. Each time, I spoke with a different person, one of whom said his name was Ali, who said they would have the manager call me back, after I described the situation. No one ever called at all. The address listed on the website is an elementary school and administration buildings. I confirmed with a mailman in that neighborhood and he said there was no locksmith anywhere near there. The technician's phone number is 833-239-6896. He said his name was Roni.
