I ordered a gamer chair for my son on 3/30/21. As of today 4/15/21 I still have not received item. I received an email confirmation immediately showing my purchase and estimated ship date of 7 to 10 days. When I click on link in email to view order status I get an error message saying "something went wrong". When I go to website an error msg pops up saying "due to high traffic volume our page is currently experiencing difficulty". I then tried googling a phone number and address for this company and there is no # or address listed. I sent several emails to contact email address listed on my order confirmation over the past 3 weeks to [email protected], with not one response from this company. I was able to pull up reviews about this company today and hundreds of people have complained that they never received product nor were able to contact the company. This a obviously a fake website/business. Beware!! Do Not Buy Anything from Alpha Gaming TM!!
