Like others on this site, I ordered pair sandals on 13 April 2020. Didn't receive any confirmation email but money £19.99 taken from my account the following week. No goods received! Guess I too have been scammed - for the first time, as I am usually so careful! Guess I have to put it down to experience, but if I see the advert come up on Facebook again, I am going to write SCAMMERS all over it to try and prevent some other poor person falling for it.

I paid just over £38 to this company for a paint roller set at the beginning of April 2020.
I did not review an email for payment my bank has confirmed it has been paid.
I have not received the order they will not reply to me.
I am disabled and that is why I wanted this panting tool set to help me. I have lost my money which I'm very upset about because it is hard anther to get by with out being scammed. I wish there was some company that could reclaim our money and shut them down.

I ordered through face book a pair of orthopaedic toe corrector sandals in March , they have never arrived, when I checked the tracking they had been returned to China , the company, well its support advisory service , tell me it’s my fault they have been returned and when I said I wanted a refund they said they could only give a partial refund due to shipping costs , even though they said it was free shipping?

I ordered a pair of sandals for £24.99, the ad popped up on an iPad game. As soon as I didn't get a confirmation email I Goggled ' Allway Tech Co Ltd ' as realised I've been scammed. I am a pensioner so cannot afford to waste money.

I ordered three bras from them on April 22nd and have received no word from them about when it's being shipped. Went to their website and there's no way I can find out where it is. Looks like I've been scammed. I'm disabled and I can't get out the house very often so I buy a lot online $36 is a lot of money to me.

I ordered bras from this company almost a month ago and I still haven't received anything. But of course they charged me 35 dollars and gave a fake order number and tracking which leads you to a site with a lot Korean mumble jumble that really tells you nothing!

I ordered a pair of sandals as advertised on Facebook for 17.99 on 31st of March 2020.when they arrived they are just cheap plastic & the straps not long enough to fit. Very disappointing after a long wait. I would not advise anyone to purchase these, there are no details on how to return these sandals.

These people advertise on Duolingo. I'm angry at them also for continuing to allow them to advertise. I bought bras and they took my money and then never sent anything. Lesson learned. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANY ADVERTISERS FOR DUOLINGO.

purchased paint brush roller set (advertised on facebook) on Friday March 10, 2020. Didnt realize that the company was Allway Tech until after payment was made. Sent email because tracking number and info looked different (not coming from US) and asked for refund and cancel shipment. No response back although they claim to respond back in 24-48 hrs. Keep the product (no longer needed) and refund all monies included oversea special tax by bank!
