Person called saying they were going to get me an insurance quote and claimed Allstate’s rates had come down and he was sure he could save me money on insurance. Asked what kind of car I had, got my name birthday,address and email address. NEVER CALLED BACK AND NOW THE PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK WHEN I CALL BACK. He said his name was Matt.
