Received a notification (Allocated Waiver) via postal mail for an important matter regarding my property secured by my current lender. They wanted me to call the phone number provided immediately to verify the information on the notice and this was their final attempt to notify me. They said they reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving the notice. They provided a property code number and a replica of a check for $199 which at the bottom it says “Not affiliated with my lender “ and “this is not a check “
