I found the ad on Indeed. Applied, she sent me a message about wanting to do a phone interview if I was interested. I agreed. She called me about the job and I stated that it sounded lovely and I would love to move forward. She sent me the application for the company. I filled it out on my computer and sent it back, in her email that sent me the application it stated that they would need a picture of my drivers license and ss number so they could move forward with the background check for this position. I sent that of course, its pretty standard to supply those items for a new job. Nothing odd. She called me back on friday and stated that everything checked out perfect and wanted me to start on saturday (the next day) I agreed as I need a job. She sent me a picture of both of these girls medical and the address that I would be going to. The aunt of the girls called me and stated that she wanted to meet me first before I worked so we canceled my shift. she then told me it would only be a prn. Which is not what i discussed with my new "boss". I sent her a text stating that we needed to talk asap. she called me and i let her know that her ad states monday-friday the hours and full time but the aunt states otherwise. she told me not to worry and that the aunt was ill informed and she would take care of it. I felt relieved and reminded her that she still has not sent me the onboarding paperwork for me to fill out and accept the terms of the job. I reminded her monday and tuesday. She never sent it and stopped responding. Tuesday at 5pm i went to meet this family. their caregiver was there and informed me that she just started two weeks ago, the father backed what the aunt told me and told me that what i was told was completely wrong. I left and tried to call their main office number that she gave me and no one answered, I texted her to let her know that I would not be moving forward with the job or company and she never responded.

this position was filled two weeks ago, the ad is still up and has false information, she never sent official paperwork, she ignored me completely when issues arose, and i sent her a picture of my drivers license and ss #. these are all issues.
