I contacted Jessica Huber (owner) about purchasing a weighted birth animal. We discussed details and I paid for the animal in March. I contacted Jessica on multiple occasions trying to get a shipping or tracking number or any sort of proof the animal was being sent to me. All she could say were excuses and the animal would be shipped. 6 months pass and after asking for a refund multiple times I told Jessica I’m filing to get my money back. She has not contacted me in over 2 weeks. She has a habit of not responding. I’ve had to contact her on multiple social media platforms just to get a response. The latest way I was getting ahold of her was via email.
