I was called said they had a great vacation package at many locations around the world. It sounded great. They sent me this generic web address after charging me over $1300. I called back and got a voice mail stating the magic jack customer is not available to take my call right now. I went to their website and all the sites had links to other sites, not their sites. Their 2 different numbers for reservations and customer service had the same lady on the voice mails, the same lady that I spoken to earlier who scammed me. Also when I went to their website under contact us, there is no address listed at all. I had to do a lot of searching online and when I found the address listed and put it in map quest it gave me a picture of the business at that address, which is a restaurant. I called my credit card agency and reported it. The transactions are pending and I pray they don't go through. When I tried to find the company on ScamPulse.com it couldn't find it.
