I have had nothing but a great experience with Alive Shoes~ a marketing person I ended up finding on a scam site, caused a huge inconvenience with my brand, the Alive Team and Alive Shoes has been nothing but gracious to my customers and me throughout the hot mess. I am sorry to hear about your experience, but I havent let the ugly people in my path stop my journey!

I signed up from the UK, and paid 100 pound for additional materials and money to lock my first design in. I became aware that on the web they work in dollars, but it would appear that my account is converted to English pounds, they just change the currency symbol, so 237 dollars for my boots becomes 237 pounds, meaning my designs and those selling to the UK cost on average about 30 percent more. When questioned they said it was due to the exchange rate and VAT with no breakdown or facts provided. Funny how this works out to be the same amount in dollars. Hence I want to share this information to all those trying to sell to the UK or join..they may first appear professional but are just after your money.

I had ordered a prototype, paid $271 including a fee to create the prototype. I received the shoes and they're two sizes too big. Rather than sending the size I had ordered they refused to correct the issue and offer to send me insoles to use for the shoes being too big. There's no way to contact a rep no real way to resolve any issues. Real clever how they are doing it but this is very unprofessional.

I have a account with them and my she that I couldn't sell in the first 30 days . So once it was over they said they would give me a refund for the shoe I did paid for so now they are not giving my refund for my shoes it's literally days two after my shoe didnt reach the 7sales .. So now I'm not hearing back from them to get my refund so watch out for that I'll don't want a prototype I just want my refund .

Type of a scam Online Purchase

The people want seven pairs of pre-ordered shoes and I would get the prototype at either a special cost or free.

They are based in ???? Italy.

I also know that designed a shoe, but my adults are standing between my right to sell my shoes. I also was told that I would get a stipend.
