I ordered 14 item from Aliaba 11 stripper poles, meat grinder, and a ball cleaner back in February 2023 and it is September and l haven't received anything and they sent me out fake tracking number and now in fighting with my bank to get my money back and they told my bank that l was selling stuff so they shouldn't have to give me money so now I'm going through another company to get my money back. They did give me around 700.00 back but l want all of my money back that is how the rich stays rich by keeping the products and the money

I was on Alibaba to purchase an item. I sourced the vendor- I thought... I paid the $1200 was given a tracking number with Everytin Cargo logistics. After 2 days was contacted saying that my package needed to have a $2800 refundable shipping insurance added to my package. It started in China and now in Tokyo needs the funds to complete shipping to my door. I reached out to logistics company to see if that was legit and I have not received communication from them.

I usually order from Alibaba. Saw an item i wanted a proceeded to purchase. The sale person proceeded to make contact via Whatsapp for for more timely communication which i have done with other companies in the past.

I proceeded to make payment via cashapp. of initial amount which the item was supposed to be delivered to my address for the said amount of $1800usd.

When the time was said to have made it to the USA and additional $4000 USD was request for custom charges and taxes. Which was reason due to the item which i also paid.

Where my suspicion rose was suddenly they requested an additional $5000. was need to release the same item. The item and my money is still in their possession.

I have company details and photo ID of said owner.

The company was contacted via alibaba.com. I was requesting samples. They were to send me 10 for $400 and $50 shipping. They requested I pay them immediately via Venmo. I did and then they immediately requested an additional $300. I demanded a refund but then they claimed to have shipped the product from Dubai and that I would have by April 30th. On May 1st I was contacted again and told I must give them an additional $700 to receive my product. I have filed a complaint with Alibaba. They have responded by saying that none of this happened. I have submitted proof.

I used Alibaba to buy a mini excavator. This is my 1st time using Alibaba.com so I do not know how to navigate. I asked the seller to put the item in the basket for me. The seller drafted up a my fake address in Alibaba's legal contract. Not to mentioned. The seller even told me not worry about the address because they are trying to avoid tax. I thought Alibaba's basket is like Amazon or Ebay and quickly press paid and transfer the whole price to the seller through Alibaba's site. After having time to check for the details a week later by carefully reading the fine print of the "contract". The address is fake. It is not my true address as I typed when I prepare for Citibank's credit card transfer through Alibaba. During the 1st week, I contact the seller and her boss to change to the correct legal address, but they told me not worry.

This business took my money promising to send merchandise. Agreed to send merchandise via UPS or DHL. After they received my money they then told me I would have to pay over $400 more for delivery because they decided to go with another delivery company which I did not agree with. Their what’s app says US address but their alibaba says China. When I asked for refund they told me it would take 90 days. Then when I followed up stated it would take 90 months. Total scam! Avoid. They use many names.

I purchased Apple AirPodpros from a vendor on Alibaba.com and was told the items were going to be delivered. The items went through customs and were seized. Customs stated the items were seized due to them not being authentic and the wiring in the headphones were dangerous. I emailed the seller she tried to tell me the items were delivered and no one was home so it wasn’t her problem. Which I have proof the delivery was never attempted the items shipped to Jacksonville and then they were seized. I contacted alibaba.com and they tried to tell me that the items were still in transit that’s why I don’t have them and that they weren't seized. After having to continue to tell them to contact customs they finally claim that customs confirmed that they were seized but it’s my fault to get them out of customs and pay the tax. They stated they will not refund me my money if I don’t get a letter from customs in 2 days when they know customs said they will be sending out letters in 30 days. This is a total scam and they are refusing to refund my money.
