Direct to film printer that has not worked since day one they continue to make up stories and lies and saying that they're working on it. It's been five weeks of fighting them back-and-forth. Nobody will actually reach out. They constantly lie and said they're gonna follow up via email the next business day and then it's one to three days and they don't want to do anything and blah blah blah. It's just getting a bit redundant and ridiculous.

I ordered 2 items from Alibaba totaling to $630 including shipping. I received broken items in the mail. I tried disputing it with capital one and they took the scammers side because I wouldn’t pay for shipping to ship the items back. Why would I pay to ship broken items back when I had to pay over $100 shipping for them to arrive?? even though I have a written letter from alibaba saying I’m entitled to a refund capital one wouldn’t give me a refund and charged me $18.32 in interest. And then $8.32 in interest after I closed my account for being scammed from alibaba and capital one combined. Alibaba says I’m entitled to a refund but won’t give me a refund and says get it from capital one and capital one says they can’t give me a refund because I never shipped broken items back (the person lives in China and when I tried shipping them back he responded with Chinese lettering). I want my $656 back from Alibaba or capital one. I had to close my whole credit card account due to this issue and got charged $26 + in interest. This is thievery at its finest.
