I ordered 2 racks - in November 2024 - they acknowledged the order and shortly after sent shipping info with tracking number that was thru some “china post” app - but it was mostly in Chinese and never provided any shipping details - weeks after when I asked for shipping up date they claimed the product was delivered - which it was not - they refused to provide proof and could not provide name or contact info of the shipping company - they said they would ship again - same outcome - I requested a refund they refused - now they are claiming a 3rd shipping - one of the emails said they would refund - but never did.

Ordered the product on 12/12/24 via an ad that said they were QVC. A credit card was used to purchase. received a training number that showed little movement, when reached out to the company there was an update in tracking. The product shows that it is in Michigan as of 12/30/24. have made 3 plus attempts to the service email and they keep asking for me to wait and be patient. I have requested money back and they will not reply to that portion of the request, just to wait 3-10 days longer.
