SCAMMER

Alex Thompson is a scammer. He will write (plagarism) romantic notes, reel you in with promises not likely to come true. After which, he will ask about your financial status an start asking for money. Later, send pictures on the rig showing danger of water coming into the rig needing to get off encouraging you submit to his desires. He will not provide you with an address, phone #, and now that is a sure sign of a scam. He only wants to chat on Google Chat, He has several email addresses and that is also a sure sign.. Suppose to be a widow and have a daughter named Nadia (wife died in a car accident). Lies, lies and lies..I fell for his disgust. Don't be a fool.

Type of a scam Rental

Looking for an apartment and this one was too good to be true. I figured it was a scam and replied to help prevent someone from being scammed. He told me I can rent through homeaway since he’s not in town. He said homeaway was asking for 1000 security deposit and 900 for rent a month. Then second email he said 1800 for security. Once he asked for a copy of my ID or passport I stopped responding. Not sure if he was going to send me a fake link or ask me to wire the money. He claims he does work for an oil rig company. If you’re looking for an apartment in the NJ are please be aware there are multiple people scamming with homeaway and Airbnb on Craigslist.

I was looking for a home to rent and he sent me a text with my name. It was perfect text said he was with HomeAway. So I called them and they said they didn't know him. I have not heard back from them I texted them several times. They wanted my personal information I gave them a little about myself.
