I was hired online from a man who claimed to have an online data entry job, in Alector Healthcare, I went through a two day interview over the phone and online in a Hangouts App! Also he called me several times from this number I have. I was told about this job and went through a two day interview online and he was incrediblely pushy an wanting me to deposit a cheque in my account for the software I needed to use for the job, which he was suppose to pay for and send to me. However I was not comfortable giving my Information out to him. So I said he could send a cheque that was certified and he sent me a regular cheque and wanted me to deposit it into my account. When I had reservations on this he told me it has to be done this way because I don’t trust him with my account Information. But who would, so it took this man two three days to send me this cheque via email! Secondly I told him if I were to deposit this cheque I won’t send anything until the cheque clears. It didn’t four days later and I got screwed fo me funds in my bank because of this lies and how this man mislead me with this job. Now I have to fix the funds in the bank that I was negative and he owes me for twenty hours of work for him! have all the messages and the fake cheque and fake letters for hire I kept all the information he gave me! Including all the different names in the letters and while I was speaking to him! I want this investigated if possible and I want to know how to sue them for fraudulent actions against me! It’s a horrible time right now I’m a single person who is struggling to make ends meet during this hard time and he lied to me about a job and I endured bank fees from a fraudulent cheque, plus the time I spent online with this person doing work on this company, the instructions he told me to do!
