ALLIANCE PAYROLL COMPANY is hiring for a Payroll Office Assistant to work from home, No experience needed as you will be trained.
You are to handle the printing of payroll-check and dispatching them on the payroll list of the companies we work for. This has been done under the authorization of the company dispatching the payroll list to our clients.
• JOB DUTY •
-Printing of check bills and memo letters.
-Printing of paid labels .
-Enveloping the checks and memo
-Taping the labels on shipment envelopes and drop off at Fedex/USPS
-Keeping Records of all Jobs.
The checks will be emailed to you in pdf to print off on a business check paper and paid labels will be emailed to you as well to be printed off on white copy paper.
