Ordered filters from Airiver and never received them
So I thought going directly order product would be safer and easier to get filter from them since they are the one that sell water generator. So I order products from their website, airiver.io, to replace my filter. 2 months gone buy I sent them email to [email protected] than I received email from Matt Silver reply back that they will be delay do to some busy and their products being back order . He said my order should be sent out at the end of March beginning of April. I never received it. I email him again. It's over more than 6 months from my order date. Now no reply since. It seems their website is being taking out. I try to email him back I want my refund. But still no reply. So I'm seeing if I can get legal help to sue Airiver company. Still deciding if this is worth my time for the $198 I lost to them.
