Atlanta Commercial Title & Escrow, LLC is working with Air Travel Connection, LLC in Atlanta, GA. Both companies and their employees Liam Cox with Atlanta Commercial and Michael Cruz with Air Travel Connection are running a very sophisticated Timeshare SCAM. An employee from Air Travel Connection with contact you inquiring if you would like to sell your Timeshare - they get your contact information from the Timeshare company where you own your property. Then Liam Cox with Atlanta Commercial comes around and opens an Escrow account for you along with a user-id and password. This is where the SCAM begins. They'll ask you to wire cash to a Mexican bank (RED FLAG) (no credit cards are accepted, because you can contest a credit card charge within 30 days) to cover administrative fees, which will be reimbursed by the rich Mexican buyer. Then they claim that you must pay to become a Mexican citizen (RED FLAG) so you can sell the timeshare. If you try to cancel the agreement, Atlanta Commercial will inform you that is a binding contract and you'll have to pay cancellation fees (RED FLAG). Then they will let you know that the Mexican government has awarded you $50k for the pain and suffering (RED FLAG) you are experiencing with this transaction. Just when you think your going to get your money, your told that FINCEN, has intercepted your wire and is sending it back to Mexico. Then the Mexican federal agencies get involved - Hacienda (RED FLAG), ASF, SAT, the Supreme Court of the Justice, Guaranties from Atlanta Commercial, Air Travel, the Mexican Government all with fees attached. Don't EVER wire money to a Mexican Bank. As a last resort, Atlanta Commercial and Air Travel refers you to a law firm in Mexico, Abogados y Cortez (RED FLAG). The law firm will tell you that they have family and friends in the Mexican government that can assist in recovering your money. (RED FLAG) Ask to Escrow company to have a Zoom meeting and record it.
