After 6 months of continuously emailing, I tried to file a complaint with PayPal but PayPal wouldn’t do anything because it was beyond the time limits. It’s been over a year and I never received my shoes

This is a total scam and I had the worst experience possible with them. I ordered four pairs of shoes back in July 2020 - they kept telling me due to COVID, etc. shipment was delayed but on the way. The story changed on a daily basis including they had no record of my order, the order could not have been placed, the order was delayed, there was no tracking number, the order must be lost, etc. etc. Obviously, I had been had and a string of emails, probably at least 30, has everything documented. It became such a matter of principal for me so I was not willing to let it go. After exerting a huge amount of pressure they confirmed that the order had been lost and they would resend. Well, they sent me one pair of sandals that I hadn’t even ordered. I pursued them again for a refund. They sent me an email which stated a partial refund had been issued. But that too was a lie. I had already spoken with my credit card company and filed a complaint and disputed the charges. Neither PayPal nor my credit card company had any record of a refund. So, after 7 months of fighting this, my credit card company just this week (2/15/21) issued a refund for the full amount and said they would take up the issue going forward. Biggest scam ever, they barely speak English, give many different stories and they just take your money. Do not buy anything from them they are truly a scam operation.

Thank God I only ordered one pair of shoes from this company back in September 2020. Well it’s December 2020 and I have not received my shoes. I’ve contacted them on several occasions demanding my shoes or my money back and all I’ve gotten was the same generic email response saying they have delays in shipping and they just need a little more time. This is 100% absolutely a SCAM! Do not purchase from this site

I ordered a pair of shoes 4 months ago and still do not have the shoes. Have contacted them SEVERAL times. They refuse to refund my order. Tell me my shoes are "on the way." This is unacceptable! Every time I try to leave a negative comment on one of their Facebook ads- it gets "deleted" I don't want anyone else to get SCAMMED!

I ordered three pairs of shoes in July and in August I inquired about my order they said it was on the way. I actually forgot about it until October and they said it had got hung up in customs but it was on the way. The last couple of days I have been communicating asking for a refund they practically were begging me to wait for my order and I said no I wanted an immediate refund and they actually refunded me that day & apologized profusely, I was surprised.

Ordered shoes via AD on INSTA & page link took me to AILSARY ordering platform. Ordered August 17th, took my $153 via PayPal & now it’s almost two months & no shipment yet. I tried to cancel my order & get refund & they DECLINED and said per tracking info. Merchandise has left China and is entitle since August 18th. I tried to cancel many times via email as no phone number given but they won’t cancel. SCAM!!! Beware

I ordered almost $500 worth of clothing and shoes from this company over 2 months ago and have not yet received my order and pee their website it takes 15-25 days for delivery. I have been emailing them (which is the only way to contact them) and they keep assuring me the order has been sent out but these no tracking number. I have requested a refund and was told they can't because the order has been sent out. If this place isn't a scam them they have horrible customer service and need to work on their shipping.
