agent james arnold claims that i was on a list of winners of a gov. grant. its suppose to be for a HEF program. text claim to be by a richard tomas. this scam is on faebook under goverment agency with the name "agent james arnold". a list of winners with my name on it was sent to me as proof. after that they ask for all personnel info. then for money on a "free" grant. they made it sound convincing even saying what i could use the money for.
