I thought a friend was contacting me after a group event we all attended - she contacted me through Messenger. After a few text back and forth she sent a messenger saying that Agent David Bernhardt could help me get a loan up to $50,000.00, that I would not have to pay back. This was a serious red flag to me. This friend would not say that. I have blocked them and sent a fraud alert to facebook/messenger. It is to bad that they pray on people when things are so difficult.

I was contacted by a friend on Facebook and asked if I knew anything about the DHHS grant. She redirected me to a page and the person that was messaging me began to ask me personal information so I just stopped responding. It seems my friend's Facebook had been hacked because she kept pressuring me to do it. She even sent me all her personal info including a picture of her ID. Once I told her that I wasn't going to give this man my personal info, she stopped responding.

My friends on Facebook said he was for real he asked me a bunch of question then when I finished he sent me a picture of my house and car now that scares me he is now asking for my Facebook password now I’m scared and my so call friends are pressuring me

Yes this sounds like a huge scam. Someone I know sent me a message about this as well. And she's pressuring me to do it as well. I think her page has been hacked or something. Maybe your friends pages are hacked too.

I was asked if I wanted a free grant I didn't have to pay back I had to buy google play cards totalling 150.00 and take pictures of them send them to him with my identification it was fake they took my money and stole my Facebook account and now are sending the same scam to all my people on Facebook please help

Today I was on Facebook and this guy posted to his story saying that he received a grant from David Bernhardt grant program, he told me to like the page and then inbox him and tell him that I am interested in the program and to keep him updated on everything. Once I had gotten to the page I go a weird vibe just based off (. Why would I be filling out anything regarding government funding through fb ) BUT okay lol . Proceeded to inbox the David B page and I knew just from him telling me to send my information separately that it was a complete waste of time and scam. ( I blocked both pages btw ) then when I told the guy who received a check that it could be a scam he replied and told me ( I got mines anyways) people know that we are living in crazy times right now and everything is just chaotic. People losing jobs, money low, families becoming homeless so they take advantage of people because of course once we hear or see something about money we hop on it. Please be careful and do your research before giving anyone your information! & PLEASE TRUST YOUR GUT. Everyone be safe and I hope this helped along with the screenshot I got of the persons fb account and the supposed check

Someone message me talking about a grant where they gotten 8000 back from and told me to like the page then message Agent David Bernhardt and ask about a grant. Page seem fake since all the pictures was uploaded 10 hours ago so I didn't know even try to message the page. Im just here to warn people

I was scam from someone who is a family member saying that she know someone who could get me a grant to help pay my bills. They used agent David Bernhardt page who has all types of grants that you can apply for. The person said that they had got a $9500 cash grant from that person and showed me the check. I thought it was my cousin I was talking to back and forward . After the transaction with through she call me afterwards and said hey page was hacked after I got scam out of $2850 off cash app. The page she say got hacked is still up and she supposed to have did another page. I’m so in embarrassed me and my wife lost all our money is there anything I can do about this.
