Using puppies to steal from people

They send videos and pics of puppies and use your emotions to buy a puppy and then they want you to sign an agreement. They pushed me to use a nanny delivery service. I told them I would pick up the puppy and they gave me the agreement and asked for a registration fee 100% of the payment and then even though the agreement shows credit card and other options they only wanted “cash via Zelle, Apple Cash with using a phone number. When I shared there is no protection to me. They got rude and then also said it’s ok if you don’t trust us. When I told them I was turning them in for scamming people, they blocked me to try and make it so I can’t report them on Instagram and Meta. They have both been notified. STAY AWAY. BAD PEOPLE. NAMES USED ARE JULIE SMITH AND TAYLOR MORGAN. No likes in their posts. Very little comments. FBI to be notified next. There is a special place in hell for people like this!
