Caller, "Ashley", contacted our church/daycare office in Lima purporting to be from AEP. She advise that no payments for service had been received in four months and that payment is required within the next hour to avoid service termination. That we have payment confirms and that our states men's show no past due amounts is irrelevant; too late to stop the process, will have to pay to avoid service termination today. Can get a refund later if this is an error and will gladly take payment over the phone.
