Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I placed an order for copy machine toner through our leasing agent. We are provided toner at no cost through our lease of the machine and are only responsible for shipping and handling. Prior to receipt of goods, we received an invoice for the toners ordered for an exorbitant fee. I reached out to the company we actually receive the toners through to double check if the company was related to them in any way. They assured me I would only receive an invoice from them, and I should not pay another company for services rendered or received through the leasing agent. The fake invoice listed the name of an employee who has no access to the office supplies or the office supply orders. When the invoice was not paid, an aggressive representative reached out to insist the invoice needed to be paid and that I could pay it over the phone. The invoice terms were included with the invoice. There were typos in the terms, the terms were very threatening, and they do not look similar to other vendors we work with.
