Then it all started …items that were not identified upfront and time was critical for me which was stated to him upfront in initial phone call and Mr Johar guaranteed me it’s not a problem. He would have it all in place by 10 am next morning.
Then I find out I need to pay for home inspection $300, no originally mentioned. This ended up delaying process the whole week. I was then told I needed to pay upfront legal fees and administrative fees of $3000.
In the end, I lost in addition to organizing the funds, I directly lost $300 plus this months interest payments I was trying to avoid of $4100 and now might lose my business venture application worth over $200,000 to me if the company will not grant me an extension to organize the $150,000
