Someone named Davian Silva called me on the phone to offer me a job with Dell. Sr. Business Analyst. To move a company from China to Vietnam. He said I needed to show that I had a black belt certification in progress to make it to the second interview and then sent me the link to the website where to get the certification. He asked for a receipt showing that I had paid for it before submitting my resume to the Dell HR director. They followed up with several other calls and even scheduled the meeting for the interview the following week.
