They are claiming I took a loan out in 2019 with City Cash loans and they are trying to settle a $1200.00 debt. They said if I did not pay they would pursue court action, I asked for the original documents they said they did not have. They emailed a letter stating I owed 1200.00 but I have never heard of this company nor was anything reported to my credit report. I advised them as well the statute of limitations have expired. The person kept threatening me with legal action and failure to provide any documentation.
