My son's name is 40 years old. and is physicallly handicapped and can not articulate.
He has been living in California all his life and has been in men's homes and living in our other home in San Bernardino county.
Social security is requesting info about the earnings of 60kish/annually which my son is not physically or mentally able to produce himself.
