This company engages in theft by deceptive marketing practices, luring people into a sham services offer who simply want to complete a change of address with the United States Postal Service.

- Upon entering the website, auto scrolls down past the hero banner, to conceal the company’s name and logo.

- The form is remarkably similar to the actual USPS online form.

- After the payment information is given, there is no invoice presented before the payment is captured and sent.

- The ‘Services’ cost ($149.95) is only mentioned in the second paragraph of the Disclaimer at the bottom of the main page (below the Next Step button).

- Nowhere on the site is there a breakdown of purported ‘Services’ that the fee includes.

These are listed as follows:

- US Address Change
- Do Not Call List Registration
- Optional Junk Mail Forwarding
- Email Spam Monitoring
- Exclusive Deals
- Relocation Resources

The second prompt in the recorded phone message details how to receive a full refund (in 7-10 days). They falsely claim that the refund process is "complete on their end." I have attempted follow-up both by phone and email for the past ten days. There is no response by either means.

Filed complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and had my bank issue a new Visa card. It seems unlikely that victims receive their money back.

Was on official USPS website clicked change adress, while waiting for page to load, I continued preparing dinner. Page loaded, inputed information for change of adress, site looked like USPS however, the input process seemed different and by the time I realized what happened, I had zero control of my phone, zero control to back arrow or turn off phone. I immediately received a fraud alert email and text from Bank. The scammer knew exactly how much to take from account leaving the pending charges. I was scammed for $149.95

Site said it was USPS and wanted credit card info. I know the USPS charges less than $2 to do this so I did not think it was a problem. After I completed it, I was to get a confirmation that I was to accept, in the confirmation it said the charge amount. I emailed them back right away and told them it was ridiculous and demand my money back. I also asked my bank not to let the charge go through. Sadly they did. The next day I received a reply saying that I was approved to get the refund and to give it 7-10 business days. I've emailed twice after the 10th business day with no response. I went to look the name up to see if there was a contact number and saw others posting that it was a scam. I called my bank and they gave me 800-818-1435. When I call the # it says the associates are busy and to leave your name and # so they can call you back. Most likely no call will be coming back. Has anyone been able to get their bank to refund them on this?

looks legit. Even comes up as preferred website as I type in address change. comes up before usps. Tried multiple times thinking my card was being declined only to realize it was trying to withdrawal $179.95. At this time I am not sure if they have taken my card information but I contacted the bank.

Looks official and shows up before USPS. When they ask for credit card, they say “For identification purposes only. They charge $149.95 for the service. You can go to USPS for much less.

What was your end result getting your money back? I was on the usps site, was rerouted to addresschangenow.com without realizing it till too late. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, have an appointment at my bank and am waiting for the post office to open at 8am to log a complaint they need better safegon their apps and sites.

Has there been any unauthorized transactions since this happened? I just did the same thing and I am worried I will need to get a new debit card.
