Abusive Phone Call

They call me to inform me that there was a complaint against me. They could not tell more about it; they stated they have sent it via email 2 months ago. The gentleman pretended to look on a database, and kept asking for more info. I did not provide any info, so he proceeded to tell me he was willing to settle on the phone. I told him it seemed to be a scam and I was requesting help from the Attorney General's Office in Oregon. He disconnected and call me back from a different number; again he was arguing they were a legitimate business. They insisted on calling from different numbers arguing they got disconnected.

I received a call first from Adams and Barnes stating that i owe 8000 dollars so i asked them how come it wasn't on my credit report summary the woman gave this long story so i said send the information so is this an scam or what should worry?

Wachovia Bank old debt

Jonah Ray litigation specialist. with Adams Barnes & Associates had access to my social security #. He attempted to collect $870. "but we can negotiate 418.02. Debt started off at $61.00" . A female called me from a (480)# in ref to an old account with Wachovia Bank that was opened back in December 23, 2008. I have excellent credit.
My credit and personal info is compromised now. Thank you. ( Help)!
