This is a different sort of incident, I caught a guy that was putting my cash from my checking account, into a coinbase account. I saw the trans actions on my checking account statement, with the phoned # to coin base he left and I took over and called coin base and I asked if this guy he told me his name but if it was true I doubt it, any way , any way I got a girl I thouht was secretary, if David Baxter worked for coin base she said no, I said I wanted to report a fraud happening, and explained my situation, she froze the act, which is mine now, and they have my cash , Its still there I have been trying to get it back so I can put it back in my checking account.2-$1000.00 deposits from my checking act into the coin base act, I have proof of this I have tried to attach papers of this ordeal from the guy, the email he used to trick me, checking act statement, I cant attach them to just any body they have to have a capatible system that excepts atachments, I took a loan out$ 2000.00 he took that money and used it probably to get it later when I was not around , but I told the sheriff ,states att, everybody nessesary to stop this guy and I did never to here from again. which is good. but I cant get into my act. coinbase is not being coopertive, They want me to take photo graph of my drivers license front & back, I did I have 1000 s of them because they do not drag & drop like ther suppose to, from my computer Ito coinbase is . it wont work I have tried over and over again I changed my browser, nothing works I think that coin base is a crooked Ioperation . I need that money , I have 2 $500.00 payments to make and a $900.00 payment to make 3 credit cards, coin base dont care they must have a way tgo take care of this so I can get my money back . the problem is for me to get into my coin base act, another way. because the photos dont work. its the 2 diff systems. I believe. they arent even trying .The last letter or email, says =weve just checked your act, and we can confirm that your request has been properly escalated . At this time we have no updates to provide. These reviews are completed in 4-5 business days. but may take longer. mine has been over 3 months working on almost 4 mths these are the letters I get not much imformation. I am sick of it, they dont care, thats my thoughts. I would have sent some more papers but I got the best one.I need to change my app size but I started this before that could be done. I hope this works.
