Received Mail Notice of time sensitive nature sent on 10/23/2026 regarding information for mortgagee only. Final Notice: immediate response requested. Upon reading this notice, I did not call the phone number or communicate with whomever sent this notice as it did not contain enough written information of specific accounts. I have the ability to communicate on a daily occurrence with all my mortgage lenders, and they have never mentioned anything out of the ordinary business transactions. This mail notice did mention "Achieve Lns" which tipped me off as it might be a scam of sorts. If anyone receives such a notice I suggest they contact their lender directly asap to let them know of the possible scam.

They contacted me from social media explaining that They were contacting me in regards of a loan I filled out online which I was so somehow their company picked up my information and seen it was 3000 that I was asking for My Sister was next to me and she used to work for a center that had to deal with the type of calls and she automatically knew it was not legit when she looked at the email they sent me and once the case manager got on the phone with me, asking me to get a pen and paper to write down her name my payment dates when they already sent it through email and started stuttering, I hung up, but I already gave them my social my bank information.
