Ace Contracting and Remodeling, LLC (Carl Casto, Jr.) pretended to be a licensed contractor and installed a French drain at my property. They busted my gas and water lines and left me without water or toilet for 2 days with no notice. The drain is not properly installed and they refuse to answer my calls or honor my two year warranty. The contractor’s license board said they are not licensed and are operating fraudulently because they are not allowed to do jobs worth more than $5k without a license.
