I ordered cologne from their website. They state in their guidelines that liquids may take longer to process due to shipping hazards, which makes sense. However, it’s been nearly a month after my order was placed, and I still haven’t seen my order. I have placed multiple requests for contact and they do not respond at ALL. Their phone number isn’t listed anywhere on the website, and the number listed on my receipt, when dialed, answers with a recording saying “791 Not in service” and then hangs up automatically. I am filing a complaint and reporting them to my bank in order for them not to be paid. I pray for the sorry souls who fall victim to these scam artists who steal hard-earned Christmas money. I also pray for the scammers themselves, and hope they are dealt with when the time comes.
