I can not remember I purchased accidental life insurance through Allstate in . They (AllState Life IC Design. Premium ID988718007081210 IND as shown in my bank statement) had them automatically deduct a monthly premium from my checking account since 2000. I realized that Allstate deducted unauthorized ACH Debit through auto pay without any consent by me of any kind. No notifications by mail etc.. Because the amount is not financially significant amount I dont pay much concern. I assumed that it is for a accident insurance policy. So I decided to contact Allstate. When I called them to find out their reason for the monthly deductions no one can answer me. I asked for the copy of my policy but they said I'm not registered or no policy under my name. They give another phone number to call Accident Life Insurance department I called and again they told me that my policy number was not in their system. The sight did have a phone number 1800-366-1411 that I called. I spoke to different representatives and they apologized but could not find me in their system whatsoever. Allstate said if I give them my full SS # that it was sure to pop up, but again nothing. I gave them my certificate number. They had checked all different ways and was not in their system at all. I explained that I was paying with automatic withdraw every month for years and Allstate representative told me to have my bank stop payments to this. My bank Bank of America assisted me that they will investigate has to have me receive complain form and sign some papers to stop whoever it is taking money out every month. The bank is so helpful to stop the monthly scam deductions. God forbid something did happen to me my beneficiaries would not know what was going on.

My bank Valley National Bank has to have me come in and sign some papers to stop whoever it is taking money out every month. The bank's # is 732-576-1550 and I spoke to Vicky.. God forbid something did happen to me my beneficiaries would not know what was going on.
