I went online to research the best skin tag remover. I went to the site consumertrustedrating.com and then went to the first product called Ocean Skin Envy Skin Tag Remover. It took me to absolutewholenesspractice.com. i then clicked on RUSH MY ORDER and filled in my information. I clicked on NEXT, assuming I would be taken to a page that would allow me to confirm my order, instead it offered a trial size of another product. I immediately exited the site, assuming I would not be charged. About half an hour later, I received an email saying my order was being processed and would be notified when it had shipped. I then called their number and the lines were closed until 10:00 the following morning. I sent an email indicating I never confirmed the order and to cancel the order. I called my bank and cancelled my credit card, but the charge was already pending. I then sent an email to Lime Legendary Slim (the company the charge was listed to) indicating I did not confirm the order and to cancel it. I called their number listed at +18336593752 and the phone lines were closed until 10:00 the next day. I also sent an email to their "Corporate office" at [email protected] (Jil Smith) and called their number listed under WHOIS at 8016689551 and left a message. I called +1 (833) 659-8725 at 10:00 am the next day and was told I had to cancel on the same day. I then called the Lime number at +18336593752 and spoke to the exact same person. He repeated, I had to cancel the same day. I informed him I received the email after the lines were closed and canceled it via return email. He then informed me they cannot cancel via email and I should get my bank to deal with the charges. I will be doing this Monday. I have not received any responses from my emails or phone calls.
