I feel so dumb. If I had only googled a smidge before buying I would not be out $56.98. I thought I was buying two transitioning vanities for my daughter and I. Nope! Never got a thing. It wasn't until my daughter kept trying to buy other vanities that I remembered and realized that it had been 2 months since I purchased the items and received nothing. So mad! The website ABNGE only goes to scammer links and warnings. I never received an email confirmation either so I had no recourse to contact customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!

Ordered Willow Tree figurines at discounted price. Supposed to be 70% discount I never received product. Reached out to customer service after three weeks. They said product was delivered. It was not delivered. Then they said it was lost in transit. Did I want “partial” refund or some other product. I said this is a scam. Told them initiate partial refund.

They stole 100$ american from my credit card Guess I'm dumb I should of checked grrrr. How do I get my money. From a BS company we work hard for our money to be scammed by someone sitting on there butt collecting hard earned money.

I purchased a foldable shoe rack on 17 DEC 2023. I receive the tracking code AT248216899CN from China Post. The trackind said it was deliverered in Collegno (Italy) where I live but it was not delivered to me. I contacted [email protected] and they told me it was lost. They asked me if I prefer to have a second expedition or to be refunded and I tried the second expedition. They provided me the tracking code AT253341846CN but this time, from China post tracking, the package was delivere in CUCEGLIO that is 50 km far from where I live.
Note thet I always asked what was the italian courier who was in charge of the delivery and I never receice an answer.
From china post site, I discovered that tracking codes A...CN are generally a scam: they use a false tracking to deliver some stuff to someone else in the area where the buyer lives so that it seems to be a real good delivery but the buyer will never receive anything.
I asked for reimbursment but ABNGE told me that they cannot reimburse me the amount I paid and they tried to bargain for a lower price. I always answered that I want the complete remfund
And today, 23 January 2024, I cannot contact them anymore because DNS (Domain Name System) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist.
Now I am trying to contact my credit card provider and see if it is possible to block the payment
ABNGE is a complete SCAM: they will never send you anyting
Probably they are not even sellers: just scammers

While looking at an item on Amazon, the item I was looking for came up on a separate window. It was the same item, but a better price. After ordering, and the package did not arrive within 2 weeks. I contacted their customer service and a tracking number was given and then after a month said the package was delivered on Christmas Day- the USPS is closed on this holiday and they employees there verified that it was a fake tracking number.

Purchased two nutcrackers from the abnge.com on 27 NOV 23. Never received the item. I tried to email them to inquire the purchase, but their email was undeliverable. I have no other way to reach out. Their site looks very promising especially with the lock ?? icon in the address bar which I felt confident to buy from them. But I was scammed.
