The point in which I really started taking noticed that something was weird here was win the grammar started getting worse, and he kept harping on the fact that payment had to be sent immediately after he gave me his cash app in order for him to, his words, “register“ the product.
Once I successfully sent him payment, then that is when all hell broke loose. Replies to my questions took way longer. Their attitudes got increasingly more hostile. The lies increased. The first big lie happened when instead of them shipping my order overnight like I had paid for, they tried telling me that they were not going to do that, but rather wait to bundle it with other orders, therefore shipping it at a more economical time for them but at a later time for me.
After not returning any of my texts or emails for a whole day, I randomly get a text saying “your package will be shipped tomorrow morning” from the guy. Whew, I’m thinking well maybe this guy is legit after all. So that delivery day approaches and I text him once no reply. Text him twice later in the day no reply he text me back towards the end of the day with some ridiculous story about how he wants another $185 for small courier delivery insurance in right there ladies and gentlemen, bingo, red flags galore. Period. Scammer!
The lies continued for another day of on and off games of cat and mouse. They basically employ the technique of stringing the subject on with little tidbits of hope. They are playing the long con. It’s a time game they are betting that they will con the mark with simply time That in long enough time, the mark will simply get tired of all the nonsense and give up, chalking it all off as a loss
I have come across these type of pathetic scammers before in my years on this planet I simply despise them. They are the worst !
