They said I had a debt from 2004 from Bank of America and that it was $15,574 and that I had to pay it and they would try to reduce it as much as they could and they were going to use docusign for me to sign the paper. They had all my information my full social security my past debts just every single bit of personal information about me they had it

They called saying they are filing a complaint with my county for unpaid credit card bill in 2012. Scary they had all of my information and even contacted my sister to get a hold of me. I have never received any letters or correspondence about this unpaid credit card, I checked with my life lock and I do not have any complaints or anything outstanding/delinquent. This seems like they took an old credit card I had closed out and are trying to get paid from my last balance. They sent an official letter to my email and asking me to sign and pay. Then after a few days the docu sign disappeared.

I have received two phone calls from different numbers saying they were process servers and to take down a reference number. The first call they said they would be at my home within an hour. No one showed.
