Contacted business for Locksmith service over the phone to change lock. Rep. wanted credit charge number before repairman came out but I refused. Repairman came out installed lock but did not offer a receipt. When the price was stated , which seemed reasonable, the repairman stated he would text me the receipt which would include taxes and there would be added fees , however the amount of which was not disclosed during the initial call or at the time of service. The receipt was never sent to me even after I made several calls. After contacting my charge card customer service , I found out that I was over charged and close to $500 of fraudulent charges had been made to my card by this business - according to their additional phone addresses and out of town location and the location of where some charges were made. I have since learned after contacting the ScamPulse.com Website that this business has been operating this scam since 11/24. It needs to be closed! Customer service did not hold me responsible for these charges but my account had to be closed.
