I called A1 Mobile Secure Locksmith (414-447-5200) to help replace a lost car key fob. The call somehow got rerouted to "On The Way Locksmith." The person answered the phone and when I asked if she was A1, she replied yes. She would not give me a estimate to replace the fob. She had a tech call me 10 mintues later who claimed to be part of A1. I set up a appointment for the next day at 1pm. The tech was one hour late, had NO A1 uniform on but claimed he was with A1. He finished the job in a 1/2 hour and had me pay a lot ---$465.
