The transaction was for a down payment for a 1994 Chevy Silverado. I sent the down payment to a Bob Kenneth, was supposed to deliver the truck on the 15th of July. Once he got the 400 he text me and said now I need to pay $499 for the insurance to be delivered. Before I sent the 400 I asked him this $400 going to cover the delivery he goes yes no worries, then he text me telling me I need to pay the 499 or they can't deliver the truck. So I told him to cancel the deal just send my 400 back, that's when he come up with excuses and stopped answering his phone. I did attempt to pay him the $400 to cash app. I told him to request it from me so to do that they have to enter their cash tag and request the money from me through cash app which cash app has a record of their identity because they have to register with cash app by using their phone number their name their email their home address and their Bank information so that's one way to track them down is through cash app.
