The text was sent to my husband. It stated that he should be in Clayton, MO by tomorrow April 22, 2026 at 9:00am.

This was supposed to have been sent through the State of Alabama for the Traffic Division in St. Louis County.

There were statute codes added, violations of parking and speeding.

They asked for payment of all outstanding tolls, fines, civil penalties, court costs, and administrative fees too.

A QR Code was attached for quicker payment processing.
