This number was online as Princess Cruises. They represent themselves as Princess. They send an invoice which is $800.00 more than the cruise fare, ascribed to travel insurance. They ask for a credit card and then advise that the card will not carry the full charge, so they need to split the charge on two cards. Beware of request for two cards. One for Princess, one for them in the amount of $800.00. I did not realize that both payments were not to Princess until I had to cancel due to illness. I called Princess and they told me I had no insurance and that I had booked online through I-Cruises. I strongly disputed this and called I-Cruises and they also said I had booked through them online. I was later contacted by I-Cruises and we determined that the booking was made through his website by a third party. This company is Cruise Reservations MFB (credit card identity).
If you call this number and ask if it is Princess ( or any other cruise company) they will say yes. They will not tell you the name of the company. I am taking a $4280.00 bath on this. Unfortunately, Princess. Cruises wants nothing to do with this, but they are always careful to thank me for being a Platinum member.

I’m a pretty seasoned traveler and can’t believe I got conned. Beware! These guys are con men.

I called what I thought was the customer service number for Carnival cruises that I saw when I Google’d it. A man answers and tries to help me out by adding a person to my room. He claimed he had to look then came back and said he found one room and it would be an additional $1,909 on top of what I paid. I declined then 3 hours later this number calls and says I could upgrade for $500 dollars and had the information I gave the other man.
