Purchased medical healthcare plan from this company on 8/26/2024. I was mislead to believe this was a major medical plan, when in fact all it was, was a preventative maintenance plan for $326 a month, and would not cover any major medical expenses. Their phone number is 888-611-7032

Called the phone number listed above to obtain health insurance on December 23, 2022. Was told that insurance was PPO and accepted charges from any doctor. In fact there’s not any doctor who takes insurance. Called the number again January 3, 2023 to cancel and get refund. Was told that they will cancel, but no refund. So far didn’t get confirmation of cancellation or refund. FYI health insurance is for ****** ********* and insurance id is *********. Thanks for your help
