My father in law 95 yrs. old, has received multiple letters from this company warning of loss of coverage for home warranty if he doesn't respond to this letter. They have his address. The persons name on the letter is Vicky Mercer, Program Director, contact this number 888-538-0818.

He has never had home insurance from any where, this is a total scam.

I've received several letters (not with my current name but addressed to my maiden name) about a home warranty about to expire and I have never had a home warranty. The letter has no identifiable marks on the envelope. There is no letterhead, email or address in the letter. Just the name of a Program Director identified as Vicky Mercer, hours open and the phone number of 1-888-538-0818.

Misleading information about home warranty policy that’s going to expire from Chase Bank

- Savannah, GA, USA • Jul 14, 2026

I have received several postal mailings from this company claiming my home warranty is due to expire, and I need to call the listed number immediately or I will lose coverage. I know it isn't a legitimate company, so I Googled it and found several complaints about it.

Notice came in my mailbox on 6/2/26 in a plain envelope with a window showing my address. There was no return address. I did call the number in the notice and got a young man who identified himself as a "broker". I told him whatever he was selling I wasn't buying and hung up. This notice said Final Notice. No description of product. I have attached a file of the postmark on the envelope.

I received an urgent letter stating that my home warranty was about to expire or had already done so. The letter said it was important to contact them (my address was included) to prevent a potential lapse in coverage. The letter gave me 9 days to act. Letter signed by Vicky Mercer, Program Director. Phone number 1-888-538-0818.

I have never had a home warranty.

I have been repeatedly sent notices saying it’s a “final notice” for my home warranty expiring, and it listed my mortgage holder’s name. It pretended I had coverage that was expiring and I needed to reach out to them. I called them and asked them to remove me from their mailing list since I get these notices frequently and they refused. They said my reason of “not interested”, “didn’t want it” wasn’t good enough. Rep was very rude. Someone could easily think they had real coverage expiring and give them money. Very misleading and representative was nasty. I hung up on him because he kept saying my reasons weren’t good enough and tried to engage in a conversation as to why I didn’t want the coverage. He started to try and pressure me.
